These projects are conducted using a pilot-scale pyrolysis plant and involve comprehensive process management, from material preparation to final reporting.

• Preparing feedstock for pilot plant processing.
• Conducting sampling using coning and quartering techniques.
• Drafting detailed project timelines for execution and reporting.
• Overseeing full pyrolysis plant operations during project runs.
• Troubleshooting technical issues in real time.
• Documenting operational and analytical findings.
• Delivering weekly progress reports to project stakeholders.
